Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts fourteen (14) calendar days. If fourteen (14) days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product seal must be unopened and the item in its original condition.
  • For change-of-mind returns, a $9.95 return shipping fee will apply.

We make exceptions only for items with a factory defect or damage. If the product is defective or damaged, you will need to provide photos of the item to support your claim.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS:

– Items marked as ‘non-refundable/exchangeable’ during a special sale or event period.
– Any item not in its original condition or sealed packaging, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to a factory defect.
– Any item that has been used.
– Any item returned more than fourteen (14) calendar days after delivery.
– Products with colour differences due to variations in monitor settings (PC/mobile/tablet) or display restrictions.

DAMAGES & DEFECT CLAIMS:

Claims for damaged or defective items must be filed within 7 business days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery.

To file a damage claim:

  1. Email us at info@dashingdiva.com.au or use the contact form on our website.
  2. Include photos of the defective or damaged item in your email.

Claims received after 7 business days of delivery will not be processed.

REFUNDS (If Applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain timeframe.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (If Applicable):

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay.

SHIPPING:

For change-of-mind returns, a $9.95 return shipping fee will apply.

To return your product, please email us at info@dashingdiva.com.au with the following details, and we will advise on the return process:

  1. Contact details (email and mobile number).
  2. Order ID.
  3. Reason for return.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a factory defect. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

For packages valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
